**Role/ Job Description: Remote Support Engineer**
- Experience in Configuration and troubleshooting Endpoint Security Products like - TrendMicro, McAfee, Symantec, Eset, Malwarebytes
- Experience in Configuration and troubleshooting of Firewalls like - Fortinet, SonicWALL, Cyberoam/Sophos, Checkpoint, Palo Alto
- Experience in Configuration and troubleshooting Web security & Mail Security like - TrendMicro, Barracuda, Cisco, Force point
- Knowledge of IDS/IPS, Sandbox will be an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Previous experience of working for an IT service provider in an outsourced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to Service Level Agreements in a fast paced environment
- Vendor Co-ordination for escalation of Service Requests
- Able to manage multiple incidents / projects and ensure quality is maintained in the approach
- Commitment / flexibility (late night and weekend work is quite often required due to nature of the business)
- Good analytical skills; a structured and methodical approach
- Strong service attitude; builds lasting client relationships, strives for efficiency and effectiveness
- Excellent verbal, written and client communication skills
- Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
- Maintaining all the software and hardware in relation to security
- Documenting security certification
- Identifying current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats
- Threat intelligence
- Sourcing and implementing new security solutions to better protect the organization.
- Liaising with vendors to implement security solutions
