**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about the services offered, including room bookings, event venues, restaurant reservations, and special packages.
- Assist customers in selecting the best options based on their requirements.
- **Booking and Reservation Assistance**:
- Manage reservations for rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, and other facilities.
- Confirm bookings and provide detailed information on the services booked.
- **Upselling and Promotions**:
- Promote ongoing offers, deals, or packages to encourage customers to book additional services (e.g., spa treatments, dining packages, or upgraded rooms).
- Upsell premium services and cross-sell related options.
- **Guest Support**:
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding policies, procedures, and amenities.
- **Follow-Up Calls**:
- Follow up with guests after their stay or event to collect feedback and maintain relationships.
- Contact potential customers for repeat bookings or promotional campaigns.
- **Database Maintenance**:
- Maintain and update customer information in the database.
- Record call details, feedback, and actions taken during customer interactions.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:
- Coordinate with the front office, reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth handling of guest requests.
- Communicate specific guest requirements to relevant teams (e.g., special dietary needs for restaurants or event setups).
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Work towards meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets set by the management.
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- **Professional Communication**:
- Exhibit a friendly and courteous demeanor over the phone.
- Maintain a clear and professional tone while addressing customer queries or concerns.
- **Handling Complaints**:
- Resolve complaints or escalate them to the relevant department when necessary.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt solutions.
- **Knowledge of Services**:
- Stay updated on the property's offerings, amenities, and ongoing promotions.
- Be well-versed in the hospitality brand's values and standards.
- **Reporting**:
- Provide regular updates to supervisors on call performance, customer feedback, and challenges faced.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
