**Responsibilities**:
**Production Management**:
1)Lead and supervise the entire wood manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products.
2) Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize efficiency.

**Team Leadership**:
1)Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team of woodworkers, machine operators, and support staff.
2)Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
3)Provide guidance and support to resolve any production-related issues.

**Inventory Management**:
1)Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
2)Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and stockouts.
3)Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain a consistent supply of raw materials.

**Quality Assurance**:
1)Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality wood products.
2)Work closely with quality assurance teams to address any product defects or concerns.

**Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Implement innovative production techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

**E-commerce Integration**:
1)Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align production with online sales strategies.
2)Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online orders.

**Reporting and Analysis**:
1)Generate regular reports on production metrics, inventory levels, and other relevant key performance indicators.
2)Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in wood manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of wood processing techniques and equipment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and fulfillment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Wood Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
