Job description
- **Responsibilities**:

- Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures;
- Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors;
- Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Companys procedures and requirements;
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams;
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy;
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors;
- Maintain the management of supplier return packaging;
- Provide constructive feedback;
- Manage the implementation of engineering changes, production trials, model change and pilot build ensuring robust product life cycles;
- Suggest solutions for process improvements;
- Train new workers in the operating procedures and standards of the organization;
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts (stock take); reconciling with data storage system;
- Prioritise and assign tasks to ensure that the resources are used effectively and targets are met;
- Implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Great interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good time-management skills;
- Previous working experience as a Supply Chain
- Hands on experience with supply chain management software (such as Sap mm, ap Modules, sap Plant Maintenance, etc.);
- Team player;
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
- Industry.
