Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Consultation**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
- **Creating Plans & Blueprints**: Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software or other design tools.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the construction process, ensuring that contractors follow the plans and timelines and address any issues that arise during construction.
- **Collaboration with Engineers & Contractors**: Work with structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other professionals to integrate all aspects of the project design.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor costs, making sure the project stays within the allocated budget.
- **Sustainability**: Incorporate sustainable practices and materials into designs when possible to reduce environmental impact.

Skills & Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- **Licensing/Certification**: Must be licensed as an architect (requirements vary by country/region).
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and other 3D modeling tools.
