Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Stores Management:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.
- Organize and store inventory in an orderly manner.
- Assist in regular stock counting and reconciliation to maintain accurate records.
- Issue materials to departments and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.
- Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of replenishment needs.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and maintain updated records of transactions.
- Provide general support to the office team, including scheduling and communications.
- Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines in the stores area.
- Identify opportunities for improving stores processes and assist in implementing best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the stores and administrative areas.
- Additional Duties:
- Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
- Assist in maintaining a secure and efficient inventory management system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in stores/warehouse management or administrative support.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
