As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our client base, especially in the startup ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base in the startup sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with startup founders, decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our development teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to align sales strategies with the latest industry needs.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the company's expertise and past success stories in delivering enterprise-grade IT solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to scope client requirements and develop tailored proposals and solutions.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide feedback to senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience (0-3 years) in IT sales, particularly in selling services and solutions to startup companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop long-term relationships and trust with startup founders and decision-makers.
- A network of contacts within the startup community is highly desirable.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
