Job Profile: Warehouse Executive

1. Arrange shipments by checking stocks to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements; placing and expediting orders.

2. Shipping by examining items, destination, route, rate, delivery time; ordering carriers.

3. Ensure and verify items physically before shipping, matching quantity, following despatch instructions of customers with invoices.

4. Inform customers by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and status; attending queries.

5. Replacement of damaged items, short supply, and mis shipments by replacement or credit/debit note.

6. Manage the team of delivery boys.

7. Ensure that all the invoices are being assigned properly as per the requirement.

8. To take GRN and inward goods are barcoded.

9. To issue sample/ returnable challan.

10. To complete all the work which is being allotted by the reporting manager.

11.Assist other admin team members for physical checking of purchase.

12.Activity Assignment

13.Quarterly stock taking

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
