**Position Overview**:
A Trainee Analyst Intern is responsible for supporting the project management, business requirements & product testing efforts of an organization. This role is designed for recent graduates or professionals new to the business analyst field, offering a robust foundation in gathering business requirements, project management, client engagement & solution testing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business Requirement Collection: Assist in gathering data from various sources.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Reporting: Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Support: Provide technical assistance related to data analysis tools and methods.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete records of data analysis processes.
- Collaboration: Work alongside teams to understand business needs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Assist in developing and maintaining data collection and analysis processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, R, or Python.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree: Typically, in Engineering, Commerce, Science, or a related field.
- Master's Degree: Typically, in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Basic knowledge in data analysis, finance, or related areas.
