**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
- Advises customers by providing information on products.
- Helps customer by providing proper selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in each sale.
- Responsible for the Sales Counter. Bill the items
- Give importance for display of items. If any fault is found, get it rectified immediately.
- Must be thorough about the product name, making charge etc
- Make sure that the product are handled with care.
- Update product knowledge and inform superiors about the latest trends in the market
- Should be a good mentor.
- To make feel the customer to Wondr Diamonds again.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
