**Shift Timing : 11 AM - 8 PM IST**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Expert with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that not only drive organic traffic but also significantly contribute to organic lead conversion. Success in this role will be measured primarily by your ability to improve search rankings and increase the volume of high-quality organic leads.

**SEO Specialist **responsibilities include**:

- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams and optimize existing content.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts in line with the latest SEO best practices.
- Technical SEO: Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on the website and other platforms (e.g., improving site speed, fixing crawl errors, implementing schema markup).
- Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute effective off-page SEO strategies, including link building and partnerships with relevant websites.
- Content Strategy: Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor website performance, track important SEO metrics such as organic traffic, ranking positions, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Competitor Analysis: Regularly perform competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Important - Must be result-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of leading and mentoring a group of juniors to build a fresh team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of proven SEO experience in a relevant role.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Solid knowledge of keyword research and content optimization.
- Experience with technical SEO (e.g., page speed optimization, crawl budget management).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with link-building strategies and off-page SEO tactics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

**Performance Evaluation Criteria**:
This is a result-oriented role, and performance will be evaluated based on the following:

- Organic traffic growth: Consistently driving relevant and qualified organic traffic.- Organic lead conversion: Increasing the volume of leads generated through organic search.- Search engine ranking improvements: Boosting rankings for targeted keywords.- ROI on SEO strategies: Demonstrating measurable ROI through organic lead generation efforts.***Qualifications**:
