1. The person should be well versed with accounting terms and financial statements.

2. Working on insolvency and bankruptcy code mandates, ensuring compliance, and supporting the execution.

3. Making research reports, valuation comparison under insolvency and bankruptcy code and preparing presentations.

4. GST return filling and TDS return filling.

5. MCA related fillings and statutory requirements

6. Making reconciliation statements, follow up for the outstanding dues, preparing invoices etc.

**Qualification**:
**Essential Functions**:
Shall be well versed with the following:
1. Well versed with accounts and finance.

2. Good in communication skills.

3. Team coordination and cooperation. Shall be a Team Player and willing to learn.

**Experience | Skill Requirements**

1.Should have at least 6 months experience in accounts & finance field.

3. Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with mínimal supervision

5. Ability to work under pressure for tight deadlines.

6. Relevant Experience in similar roles of 6 months to 1 years

7. Good working experience in MS Office, Ms excel and Preparing reports and presentations on Powerpoint etc.

1. Working on engagements under insolvency and bankruptcy code 2016.
2. Handling claim verification, cash flow monitoring, preparation of statutory returns, adherence to compliance requirements, and communicating with the stakeholders
3. Making reports, filing returns, costing etc

4. Communicating with legal personnel, clients and investors etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
