**Full Job Description**
- We are looking for a Fresher/ Experienced MBA in Finance, preferably with a minimum of one year of experience in finance.
- Business planning and consolidation consultant role.
- Conduct research to collect/update data from company annual/financial reports & analyze them.
- Develop an understanding of financial statements and concepts, & knowledge of financial services.
- Knowledge of accounting procedures & financial reporting.
- Typing speed minimum 40 wpm

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with our CEO to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month+ incentives. There will be a 10% salary increment every six months after achieving monthly goals.

**Duty Timings**:

- Evening shift(2.30pm-11.30pm)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
