We’re now looking for **skilled Video Editors** who can bring stories to life through **short-form reels, YouTube videos, ads, testimonials, and more**—delivering scroll-stopping content optimized for digital platforms.

**Role Overview**:
We're seeking a **creative, detail-oriented, and fast-turnaround Video Editor** who can handle **short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts)** and **long-form content (YouTube, interviews, case studies, webinars)**. You'll be working closely with our marketing team and creative leads to deliver compelling edits that match brand guidelines and campaign goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit **short-form videos** for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Edit **long-form videos** like YouTube content, webinars, interviews, and case studies
- Add dynamic transitions, captions, sound effects, and motion graphics
- Repurpose raw footage into engaging social media content
- Collaborate with our content and strategy teams to match visual tone and objectives
- Maintain consistency in visual storytelling and branding
- Deliver high-quality videos within agreed timelines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video editing (portfolio or showreel required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Strong grip on modern editing styles, pacing, text overlays, and hooks (especially for short-form)
- Understanding of video trends on social platforms like Instagram and YouTube
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and time management skills
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus

**Work Mode Options**:

- **Freelance**: Project-based with flexible hours
