**The Opportunity**

**Job Profile**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to join us and help with the end to end QA process in manual for conversational assistants/chatbots for some of the largest brands in the world, as a part of the extended engineering team for our partner. We’d love to hear from you, if you identify as someone who has strong fundamentals on functional and end to end user level testing.

**In this role, you will**:

- Understand business requirements and follow a customer/product centric approach to QA in a highly collaborative environment
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for multiple conversational assistants
- Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
- Work closely with both technical and non-technical team members. Interact with various levels of individual contributors and management to educate and influence test strategy.
- Create accurate and detailed bug reports when issues are identified.

**To be successful in this role, you should possess**:

- BE/BTech CS or equivalent with 1+ years in quality assurance encompassing manual testing & automation testing.
- Understanding of test engineering principles and methodologies
- Understanding of test planning, test case design and reporting
- Well-versed with JIRA and Excel
- Strong sense of urgency, with a passion for accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to work calmly in high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects/tasks.
- Ability to work independently and possess superior skills in issue resolution.
