**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the reservations process from start to finish
- Confirm reservations with clients and provide them with all necessary information
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients regarding their reservations
- Keep an accurate record of all reservations and ensure that they are executed correctly
- Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all reservations are executed seamlessly
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in reservations management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
