- **Resource Coordination**: Work closely with service providers, facilitating communication for efficient emergency operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of each call, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- **Continuous Training**: Stay updated on emergency protocols through regular training to adapt to evolving situations.
- **Customer Support**: Demonstrate empathy, reassurance, and efficient information gathering from distressed callers.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Analyze feedback to enhance protocols, collaborating with teams for efficiency.
