**Key Responsibilities**

Prepare and modify architectural drawings, plans, and documents using AutoCAD.

Conduct site visits, surveys, and gather necessary information for project development.

Research and analyze building codes, UDCPR rules, and industry standards to ensure design compliance.

Assist in preparing construction documents and coordinate with consultants and contractors.

Contribute to project proposals and design presentations.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

**Requirements**:
Education: B.Arch from a recognized institution.

Experience: 1-3 years in residential architectural projects (end-to-end exposure preferred).

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Strong understanding of UDCPR rules and regulations.

Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Willingness to travel to Panvel and Navi Mumbai based on project requirements.
