**Job Type**: Full-Time**Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Child-Centered Learning**:

- Implement **Montessori teaching methodologies** in alignment with CBSE early childhood education standards.
- Foster a **child-friendly, hands-on learning environment** using Montessori materials.
- Focus on developing **fine motor skills, sensory learning, language, numeracy, and life skills**.
- Encourage **independent thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities** in young learners.

**2. Classroom Environment & Student Engagement**:

- Maintain an **organized, clean, and engaging classroom setting** with interactive learning stations.
- Observe each child’s **learning progress and adapt teaching methods** to their individual needs.
- Encourage **social skills, emotional intelligence, and self-discipline** through structured activities.
- Use **storytelling, songs, rhymes, role play, and hands-on activities** to make learning engaging.

**3. Assessment & Progress Monitoring**:

- Regularly **assess child development** in areas like **language, cognition, motor skills, and social behavior**.
- Maintain **detailed records** of each child's progress and discuss them with parents.
- Provide **constructive feedback** to help children improve their learning pace.

**4. Parent Communication & Involvement**:

- Conduct **parent-teacher meetings** to discuss student progress.
- Guide parents on **home-based activities** that support Montessori learning principles.
- Provide **timely reports and feedback** on student development.

**5. Classroom Management & Discipline**:

- Ensure a **safe, nurturing, and stress-free environment** for children.
- Teach **basic hygiene, manners, and classroom etiquette**.
- Foster a **positive and respectful atmosphere** where children feel valued.

**6. Co-Curricular Activities & School Participation**:

- Organize and participate in **school events, annual functions, and Montessori exhibitions**.
- Plan and execute **fun-learning activities, field trips, and interactive sessions**.
- Encourage participation in **drawing, storytelling, dance, and music activities**.

**7. Continuous Learning & Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with **modern Montessori teaching techniques** and CBSE pre-primary guidelines.
- Attend **training programs, workshops, and school development meetings**.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create **innovative lesson plans**.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
✔ **Diploma/Certification in Montessori Education** or **B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education**.
✔ Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in Montessori or early childhood teaching.
✔ Strong **patience, creativity, and communication skills**.
✔ Ability to **engage young children through playful and interactive teaching**.
✔ Knowledge of **Montessori materials and hands-on learning techniques**.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
