**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Research Associate/Assistant to join our team in Medchal. This is an onsite role that requires hands-on experience in field crops and farm requirements, and various crop-related activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage field crop operations, ensuring optimal growth and development.
- Plan and execute field trials, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
- Assist in research and development activities to improve crop yield and quality.
- Maintain detailed records of farm and crop activities for analysis and reporting.
- Monitor farm requirements, including irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural and safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate labour activities for daily farm operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in field crop management and farm operations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills for managing labour and farm activities.
- Knowledge of modern agricultural practices and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an outdoor environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
