**Job description**
- Must greet patients on arrival
- Must register patients according to established protocols.
- Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance.
- Must ensure patient information is accurate including billing information.
- Must inform patients of medical office procedures and policy.
- Maintain and manage patient records as per hospital protocol.
- Must move patients through appointments as scheduled.
- Must answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries
- Must transfer calls as required.
- Manage schedule patient appointments
- Must collect co-pays and payments and submit in billing as per policy.
- File the report statistics as required.
- Manage and schedule hospital admissions, tests, scans and outside appointments for patients.
- Must obtain external medical reports as required by medical professionals
- Must respond and comply with requests for information.
- Must deal with incoming and outgoing post.
- Must complete other clerical duties as assigned
- Must maintain stock of forms and office supplies
- Must ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
- Must maintain safeguard of patient privacy and confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
