**Job description:

- **
- Incoming raw material analysis such as of paper & paperboard, Inks, Varnish, adhesive etc
- Understanding of quality instruments such as GSM tester, Micrometer, Vernier scale, Bursting strength tester, Rub resistance tester, oil and grease resistance test, moisture test,
- Make sure that specification and analysis of food packaging material such Paper Cups, Lids, Clamshell, Tray, paper bag, Carry bag, Pouches, Wrapper are monitored timely.
- Make sure that specification and food grade certificates of raw materials such as paper and paperboard, adhesives, inks, coatings, varnishes are available.
- Make sure that quality checks during offset/Flexo printing, die cutting, coating-UV/GR coating, folding and gluing machine, carry bag machines, etc are done timely.
- Make sure that calibration of lab equipment’s such as Bursting strength tester, vernier calliper, micrometre, rub resistance tester, weigh balances are done timely.
- Make sure that only approved vendors are used for raw materials purchase.
- Make sure that food safety objectives related to quality dept are achieved timely.
- Make sure that Corrective action plan in case of customer complaints is submitted timely along with proper root cause, correction and corrective action
- Preparation of COA

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
