Opening for Sales Coordinator with a client at Pitampura renowned producer of color masterbatch and additive masterbatch in Delhi

Position - Sales Coordinator

** please note this is a after sales assistance profile & not a Sales Profile**

Location - Pitampura

**JOB RESPONSILITES**
- Coordinate with the factory for production & dispatch on time as per customer schedule.
- Coordinating **sales** team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Responsible for Coordinating sales-related details, taking Inquires, preparation of quotation, proforma invoice, orders etc
- To provide sales administrative support to the field/marketing staff
- Tracking sales progress and Maintaining Department Database Records
- Ready the documents for sales invoice, dispatch final product & co-ordinate with the client in case of any query.
- Knowledge to make Eway bill.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-**sales** support when requested.
- Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Should have end to end co-ordination activities including dispatch samples, draft quotation.

**Key Skills**
- Graduate possessing good knowledge of MS- Office.Tally & CRM
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.

**Experience-** 4-5 year (Proven experience in sales Coordinator Role in Manufacturing Industry.

**Qualification
- Min Graduate**

**Job Location
- Pitampura, Delhi( Want Person who lives within 10-15Km Range)**

Working Days - 6 day ( Mon - Sat)

Time - 9.30 - 6.30 /10.00 -7.00
