**Education Qualification
- **Diploma (Mechanical)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in heavy machinery organisation. Relevant 5 years

**Job Description-**

**1. **Proficient in Solid work, AutoCAD, Sheet Metal &Heavy Fabrication.

**2. **Good Knowledge of GD&T.

**3. **Preferably from Manufacturing industries, with knowledge of manufacturing process.

**4. **Hands on experience in Solid work/AutoCAD/Drawing 3D modelling or vehicle Layout.

**5. **Excellent communication skills with fluency

**6. **Ability to communicate effectively and accurately across departments.

**7. **Complete Engineering of Projects.

**8. **Prepare Bill of Material

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Experience in design and troubleshooting of Construction Equipment’s,Mobile material handling equipment’s, Steel heavy Fabrication, and such other related engineering products.

3. Prepare the EBOM and drawings for parts development for machine level and mechanical, auto parts, tool design & sheet metal.

4. Experience in design and preparation of manufacturing fabrication drawings of pressure vessels and other such heavy fabrication products.

5. Should have the knowledge of sheet metal parts design & development.

6. Should have the knowledge of GD&T.

7. The expert level user of 3D CAD Software - Solid Works.

8. Knowledge of Auto CAD software for machine layout and nesting

9. Knowledge of Drawing, Application or Software, basic design calculation and mechanical industry standards, GD&T

10. Knowledge of engineering practices including creation of BOM, raising ECN/ECR, creation of data for laser/plasma cutting bending machine etc

11. Excellent knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, FRP products and component machining

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
