**Training Executive Job Description**:

- To monitor the day to day crew evaluation System and liaison with Manning agents/offices accordingly;
- To assist Training manager in development of Training modules/other company specific training material as required;
- Coordinating in conducting Webinar Training, Facilitation support during training sessions, Ensuring participation for training webinars;
- Responding to participant queries, follow-up, setting reminders and ensuring participation for training and webinars & Maintaining Attendance of each webinar training conducted;
- Sending feedback forms after every training, Preparing Feedback analysis report at the end of every training conducted;
- To assist the Training Manager in monitoring and update of the company's E-Learning portal (PILCOPS);
- To assist the Training Manager in Installation, Monitoring and Progress on Learning Management System (Ocean Learning);
- Assist in following-up with Training requirements for seafarers on Dual-fuel vessels in compliance with IGF code plus other alternate fuels training requirements;
- Assist in trainings requirement for continual fleet improvement;
- Maintain updated training brochure database and training records;
- Assist in monitoring, planning and recording of Environmental Compliance trainings as per company EMS;
- Assist in budget control and arrangement of facilities and materials in order to provide in-house and external training programmes to seafarers;
- Closely liaise with Marine Personnel Department in communicating and planning crew training programmes;
- Assist in preparing and monitoring of Training Gaps reports;
- Assist in monitoring training programs with third party vendors;
- Update crew training records in BASSnet Document Manager;
- Assist in Pre-Joining Telephonic briefing of Cadets;
- Assist in any other Jobs assign within the Marine Personnel Department;
- Have good IT skills, Fluency in English and team player.
- Degree in Maritime or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or crewing/manning related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
- Team player and able to multi task and work in a fast -paced environment.
- Quick learner and able to work in fast pace environment
- IT Savvy, Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation.
- Possess the ability to analyse and identify the knowledge needs of the maritime industry, both present and future.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
