**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, inconsistencies, and errors found during testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of features after updates and changes.
- Participate in requirements analysis to understand project scope and identify test requirements.
- Assist in reproducing, diagnosing, and resolving customer-reported issues.
- Provide timely and accurate status updates to the QA lead and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, qTest).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to testing.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with mobile app testing (iOS and Android).
- Basic knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus but not required.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
