**Job Description**:
National Dental Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Endodontist (MDS) to join our team. As an Endodontist, you will specialize in diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and root of the tooth, providing expert care to patients in need of root canal therapy and related procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform complex endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, retreatment, apical surgery, and treatment of dental trauma.

2. Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the dental pulp and periapical tissues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

3. Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, considering factors such as medical history, dental anatomy, and treatment goals.

4. Utilize the latest advancements in endodontic technology and techniques to deliver optimal treatment outcomes and enhance patient comfort.

5. Collaborate closely with general dentists and other dental specialists to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care for patients with complex dental needs.

6. Educate patients on the importance of endodontic care, treatment options, and post-operative care instructions to promote optimal oral health outcomes.

7. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

8. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and sanitary clinical environment for patients and staff.

9. Participate in professional development activities, continuing education programs, and case discussions to stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in the field of endodontics.

10. Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and compassion in all interactions with patients and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications:
1. Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) degree with specialization in Endodontics from an accredited dental school.

2. Valid license to practice dentistry and specialization in Endodontics in [region/country].

3. Proven experience as an Endodontist, with expertise in performing a wide range of endodontic procedures and treatments.

4. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in utilizing advanced endodontic technology and equipment.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate treatment options and build rapport with patients.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
