**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise creative design strategy for different digital & non-digital platforms
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand the creative requirements
- Involved in the end-to-end conceptualization & execution of all the visuals & Video/Animation created for the organization
- Research & analyze the best design techniques to come up with innovative & impactful motion graphics
- Implementing visuals & motion graphics ideas so that it adheres to brand guidelines yet push the creative boundaries
- Execution of designing visual & Video/Animation assets monthly for in-house requirements
- Creating visually appealing designs within the given deadline
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage projects independently.
- Good communicator
- interacts with the team to share ideas for creative improvements. Receive and give feedback for betterment.
- Respond to feedback and improve creative works to increase user-engagement
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (After Effect, Premier Pro, Animate, Photoshop
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detailing of design

**Qualification**:

- A diploma or Degree in the field of Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred
- Good command in Design Principals and Visual Elements
- Proven experience in motion graphics design and animation
- Similar industry experience is a big plus
- 3-6 years of work experience as a visualizer/art in an agency is preferred
- Time management skill

**Location: Gurgaon**

**5 days working culture**

**Salary**: Up to ₹629,822.78 per year
