Training Coordinator

**Role & Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities would include:
This position will assist the day-to-day training operations. The daily calendar management, reporting adherence, monthly MIS management, co-ordination with client field teams and trainers, expenses validation and other operational activities with the help of Project Manager.
- Sharing calendar and arrangement of Logistics for the field team wherever required which includes booking of air, bus and rail tickets, hotels for the trainer’s stay.
- Co-ordination and Managing the booking of hotels as a training venue for participants.
- Training Nomination management.
- Keep all stake holders aligned and updated on periodical basis on progress achieved.
- Manage challenges, concerns and issues faced by trainers.
- MIS management.
- Preparation of excel formats and analytics along with PowerPoint presentations.
- Scrutiny of expense of field team members as per the prescribed travel policy.
- Handling Field issues and concerns to be resolved by right escalation to project manager.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
