**Job Description of Academic Coordinator**:
**Fixed Responsibilities**:
1. Preparation of timetable in ERP as timetable scheduled by Admin Head.
2. Checking Faculty Register for IN & OUT time fed by them & inform about the same to Admin Head on a daily basis for not adhering to schedule.
3. Check the teacher’s muster & mark Student/Teacher attendance in ERP.
4. Providing administrative support to an academic team of lecturers, tutors or teachers by issuing all utilities required by them for conducting lectures (viz. Chalk,
Attendance Sheet, Air Conditioner Remote, Entry Register etc.).
5. Checking of lecture room after lecture on a daily basis and locking the room.
6. Office & Classroom Opening 15 minutes before your shift time.
7. Checking of pending fees of students before or after the class as per mentioned in software and google sheet.
8. Using information systems and preparing reports and statistics for internal and external requirement.
9. Checking of stationery on daily basis.
10. Call to parents once in a week and regarding students’ attendance fed the parents review in STUDENT ATTENDANCE REPORT.
11. Preparation of Vouchers of petty expenditure and maintain Google / Excel Sheet for the same and mail this sheet to Accounts Dept **.**
12. Feeding of students leave permission form in ERP Software & call to defaulters.
13. To collect mobiles and maintenance in Locker in duty hours.
14. Material (Notes, Bags, Stationery) Distribution to students.
15. Fees deposition in Bank and send all details to Finance Dept.
16. Check SMS surveillance after sending the same in ERP Software.
17. Making Exam time table as well as exam papers from Faculties and schedule it.
18. Data Entry of test marks in ERP and inform by SMS to all parents about the results within stipulated period.
19. Conduct Formula / Weekly test as per the schedule of all standards and ensure test papers are corrected on time by the concern faculties.
**Variable Responsibilities**:
1. Handling of Enquiry and Counselling of students / parents & guardians arrived at the
Academy desk.
2. Data Entry of Enquiry in ERP.
3. Inform all students & faculties about the time table and revision, if any on regular basis
4. Data Entry of Students attendance if BIOMETRIC not enrolled and inform parent about absenteeism by SMS or more than 2 days by phone call.
5. Dealing with queries received and ensure complaints procedures resolved on timely basis.
- 6. Taking feedback of faculties about their lectures held on regular basis from the students.
7. Participating in the development of future information systems contributing to academic policy.
8. Handling student / parents / teachers issues and intimate complaints to Admin Head._
9. Petty Cash report making and send it to Accounts Department, if applicable.
10. Book Issued / Return Entry in register and ERP.
11. Online test scheduling, Website, ERP related Student / parents / faculties issue log and intimation to COE.
**Overall Duty**:
12. Any other duty allocated of the Infomatica academy as per your designation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
