**Responsibilities**:
**To Handle the Campus as center head, To achieve Sales taget of admissions, Handling routine operations.**
- 1. To receive all visitors at school premises.
- 2. To connect all visitors to concerned department or the person
- 3. To complete basic formalities of the procedures according to the purpose of visit
- 4. Handle incoming phone calls, provide information, take messages and direct calls to the relevant staff members.
- 5. Accepting postage and freight the school receives and maintaining an organised filing system.
- 6. Respond to inquiries from parents, students and the public, providing assistance and resolving issues whenever possible.
- 7. Assist with various administrative tasks, such as handling correspondence, filing documents, managing mail, and maintaining student records.
- 8. Monitor visitors, implement visitor sign-in procedures
- 9. Act as a liaison between students, parents, staff and administration, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth operations within the school.
- 10. Handle sensitive information, such as student records and personal details which must maintain strict confidentiality.
- 11. Assist in scheduling and coordinating parent-teacher conferences, ensuring that appointments are scheduled efficiently and providing necessary information to parents and teachers.
- 12. To be responsible for all instruments, electrical, electronics kept in the reception bay.
- 13. To maintain order and discipline at the reception -bay

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹1.00 per month
