Loan Syndication Officer

Location: Dalhousie, Kolkata

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in structuring loan deals that meet client needs and market conditions.
- Prepare and review term sheets and credit documentation.
- Develop marketing materials and distribute loans to participating banks.
- Manage relationships with lenders and institutional investors.
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of syndicated loan deals, from negotiations to closing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Track loan performance and market trends.
- Provide clients with ongoing support and analysis.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
