We are looking for a responsible and friendly Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our patients. This role requires someone who can efficiently handle front desk duties, manage appointments, take patient feedback, and assist with basic clinical responsibilities in the absence of the dental assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
Manage and schedule appointments via phone, online platforms, or in person
Maintain an organized and updated appointment calendar
Handle incoming calls, patient queries, and follow-ups efficiently
Collect and record patient feedback after visits
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Support billing and payment processes when required
In the absence of the dental assistant, perform basic duties such as: Preparing dental chairs and instruments o Sterilizing tools o Assisting during basic procedures (as trained)
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and waiting areas
Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth patient flow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
