We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Equity Dealer** to join our trading desk. As an Equity Dealer, you will be responsible for executing buy and sell orders for equities on behalf of clients, managing market risk, and ensuring compliance with trading regulations. You will work closely with clients, portfolio managers, and other teams to provide seamless execution and contribute to the development of investment strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Trading & Execution**:

- Execute buy and sell orders for equities on behalf of institutional and retail clients.
- Monitor real-time market conditions and economic data to identify trading opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of trades in accordance with client instructions.
- Maintain close relationships with brokers, exchanges, and liquidity providers to secure the best execution.
- **Market Analysis & Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and trading opportunities.
- Stay updated on market news, economic events, and stock-specific developments.
- Analyze trading patterns and suggest strategies to optimize trading performance and client outcomes.
- **Risk Management**:

- Monitor and manage the risk exposure of equity positions in line with the firm's risk policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to market volatility, liquidity, and operational errors.
- Adhere to risk limits, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- **Client Interaction & Relationship Management**:

- Provide clients with updates on market conditions, trading opportunities, and portfolio performance.
- Assist clients with executing complex trades and responding to inquiries.
- Offer market insights and professional advice to enhance clients' investment decisions.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations (e.g., MiFID II, SEC, FCA).
- Complete trade documentation and regulatory filings as required.
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all trading activities meet regulatory standards.
- **Trade Settlement & Record Keeping**:

- Ensure that trades are settled promptly and accurately.
- Monitor trade reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies when they arise.
- Maintain detailed records of trades, commissions, and client communications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
