Prt Mathematics

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and instructional activities that align with the school's mathematics curriculum and educational standards.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, manipulatives, and resources to make mathematics concepts accessible and engaging for primary school students.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom climate where students feel valued, motivated, and empowered to learn.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, including those with varying levels of mathematical proficiency.
- Assess student learning through regular formative and summative assessments, and use data to inform instructional decisions and provide targeted support.
- Incorporate technology and digital tools effectively to enhance mathematics instruction and facilitate student learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress, share strategies for supporting learning at home, and address any concerns or questions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure specializing in primary education or mathematics education.
- Previous experience teaching mathematics to primary school students, preferably in a multicultural or international school setting.
- Strong knowledge of primary-level mathematics concepts, curriculum frameworks, and pedagogical approaches.
- Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
