**Job Summary**:
The Storekeeper is responsible for the effective and accurate handling, storage, and issue of transformer components in the warehouse. This includes managing inventory, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting production needs by maintaining an organized and safe store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming transformer components (e.g., coils, cores, insulators, bushings, clamps).
- Verify material quality and quantity against purchase orders and supplier documentation.
- Label and store items properly according to product specifications and storage requirements.
- Issue materials to production teams based on requisitions or work orders.
- Maintain real-time inventory records using ERP or store management software.
- Ensure FIFO/LIFO method is followed depending on component type and usage.
- Coordinate with quality control for inspection of incoming materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area.
- Prepare documentation for materials dispatched or returned.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly physical stock verification.
- Monitor storage conditions to prevent damage to sensitive components (e.g., moisture-sensitive coils or ceramic bushings).
- Tag damaged/obsolete/rejected materials for separate storage and action.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical transformer components
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or custom ERP)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (preferred)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of proper storage practices

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse/storekeeping role, preferably in an electrical or transformer manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
