As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating educational environment for young children, typically ages 3 to 5. Your role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, and preparing children for the transition to primary school.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards and learning objectives.

**Instruction and Delivery**:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and positive interactions.

**Child Assessment**:

- Observe and assess children’s progress and development through various assessment methods, including observations, checklists, and portfolios.

**Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and structured classroom environment with clear routines and expectations.

**Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about their child's progress, classroom activities, and upcoming events.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about current trends, best practices, and research in early childhood education and child development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure in early childhood education, if required by the region or educational institution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
