**Job Description: Survey Programmer**

**Location**:Mumbai

**Responsibilities**

The Senior Survey Programmer is responsible for programming all of the firm’s core and custom questionnaires into Confirmit, maintaining consistency and quality between questionnaires, and providing leadership in improving the operational efficiency of questionnaire design and execution.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Program all of the firm’s core and custom questionnaires into ConfirmIt
- Maintain consistency and quality between questionnaires
- Ensure that all questions are properly tagged in the firm’s CRM system
- Work with each of the firm’s business units on best practices in questionnaire design and execution
- Weekly data file pulls of new interviews to prepare data to be loaded into firm’s database management system
- Field questionnaire-related questions and troubleshoot technical issues

**Qualifications/ skills**
- Minimum of three years of work experience
- Experience in survey design, preferably in ConfirmIt
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience in JavaScript is a plus
- Strong technical, analytical, and organization skills, with strong attention to detail, extensive ability to multitask and high aptitude for problem solving
- Clear and concise communication and planning skills
- Self-motivation and the drive to succeed
- High standard of professionalism and demonstrated experience in a team setting
