**Job Title: Industrial Designer - Product & UI/UX Design**

**Location**: Full-time, On-site (IIT Hyderabad)

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years preferred

**Industry**: MedTech | Product Design | UI/UX

Pay: 4-6 LPA

Our flagship device - the _Intelligent Vision Analyser_ - is a Virtual Reality-based visual field testing equipment that blends technology and clinical utility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **industrial design** of diagnostic devices, from concept sketches to CAD and prototype development
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure feasibility, ergonomics, and manufacturability
- Conduct user studies and usability testing to inform both hardware and software design
- Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces for mobile/VR-based diagnostic apps
- Ensure consistent design language across physical products and digital interfaces
- Work closely with clinicians, patients, and developers to understand user needs and pain points

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, etc.)
- Experience with prototyping tools and rapid iteration methods
- Working knowledge of UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing both physical product and digital interface design
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on healthcare or wearable products
- Understanding of VR hardware design and ergonomic considerations
- Exposure to user-centric design practices in a clinical or medtech setting
