**Role Description**:

- The Facilitator will be responsible for facilitating self-directed education (SDE) in a holistic learning environment that supports creativity, freedom and inclusive collaboration.
- The Facilitator will guide and support students to help them learn the necessary skills to achieve the desired outcomes. The facilitator will offer support and advice when needed and to provide the necessary scaffolding and teaching of skills as required.
- The Facilitator will review student assessment and study plans in order to understand functioning and needs of children; assess students in all daily activities, design and offer lessons that reflect knowledge of child development and SDE.
- The facilitator will manage all classroom operations and perform any other related functions/duties as deemed necessary by the board
- The facilitator will have working hours from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. ( Half hour before our learners come in and after they leave time to prep for the next day)
- The facilitator will take responsibility for the learner's well being while under their care through the year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
