**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the academic leadership and implementation of **MYP 4 & 5 curriculum**:

- Mentor and support teachers in curriculum planning, assessment design, and interdisciplinary learning
- Ensure alignment with **IB MYP standards and practices**, including policies, assessments, and reporting
- Lead **professional development** and teacher training sessions for MYP staff
- Coordinate with the IB to manage **authorization and evaluation** requirements
- Promote **STEM-based learning** and inquiry-driven approaches across disciplines
- Facilitate parental engagement and student guidance regarding the MYP framework

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum **2+ years of experience as an MYP Coordinator** for Grades 9 & 10 (MYP 4 & 5)
- Minimum **10 years of IB experience**, OR direct contribution to **at least one IB MYP authorization cycle**:

- **Master’s degree** (mandatory)
- Preferred academic background in **STEM disciplines**:

- Strong understanding of IB philosophy, ATL skills, and global contexts
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
