**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and inquiries.
- Explain product specifications, features, and benefits of earthing and lightning arrester solutions.
- Follow up with clients, schedule appointments, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer data, call logs, and reports using MS Word and Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and market awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tele sales (preferably in electrical or industrial products).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Word and Excel** is a must.
- Ability to handle customer objections and build rapport.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and result-oriented.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream (technical or business background preferred).
- Experience in electrical components, earthing materials, or lightning protection systems is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
