**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Convert conceptual designs into technical drawings for presentations and construction purposes.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into technical documentation.
- Maintain and update drawing sets throughout all design phases.
- Create 3D models and visualizations when required.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience as a Draftsman in the interior design or architecture industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of 3ds Max or Lumion is a plus.
- Solid understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience working on residential, commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
