**Role Overview**:
Handle cashiering and administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process transactions (cash, card, digital) and reconcile cash daily.
- Monitor inventory, maintain records, and support staff scheduling.
- Greet customers, handle inquiries, and address complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with promotions.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- High school diploma, prior experience preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
