**Job Title: Telecalle**

**Job Summary**:
**We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products or services, generate leads, and build relationships.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services.**

**2. Generate leads and follow up on existing leads.**

**3. Build relationships with customers and prospects.**

**4. Provide product information and answer customer queries.**

**5. Meet sales targets and performance metrics.**

**6. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.**

**Requirements**:
**1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**

**2. Strong sales and customer service skills.**

**3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.**

**4. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.**

**5. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.**
