**Job Role**:
This position is responsible for managing Human Resource functions with sales as employee’s performance objective. Overseeing, advising and influencing the business functions on sales HR related matters for the Outlets.
Directly reporting to the Group HR advisor on HR functions, matters and follow the instructions from him.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all the HR activities related to the direct and indirect staff.
- Recruitment and hiring direct, indirect manpower, Induction, orientation of the new joinee as per plan.
- Maintain healthy occupancy rate as suggested by the management for on - roll and off-roll employees and track occupancy levels month on month.
- Support outlet manager and Group HR advisor in planning manpower requirement and help execution of the same.
- Support Target incentive rollout for all sales team members including ensuring awareness, appreciation and alignment by sales team on the same for the outlets.
- Drive people agenda in sales team through pre planned reach out activities at regular intervals.
- Ensure and facilitate sales processes like monthly scheduling of meetings facilitating the communication flow & alignment of entire system from HO to the outlets as well as providing a channel of feedback from people to the organization.
- Facilitate performance management goal setting, measures, review and final rating and maintaining records of the same.
- Ensure Sales team works in tandem with Brand architecture inputs, visual merchandising, customer connect and engagement forms part of their performance metrics besides sales perse.
- Facilitating in identifying training needs in line with the objectives and goals as above, for the branch outlet in executing training calendar for the entire sales team.
- Identification of Inhouse Trainers, training them with methodology and inputs, monitoring conduct of training to all employees as per calendar, report feedback.
- Managing the attrition and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.
- Ensure Full and Final settlements including statutory obligations are fulfilled for the both direct and indirect employees.
- Prepare and follow up on the career progression plan and development of the same.
- Facilitate in identifying talents of on-roll and off-roll team and help in career progression initiatives.
**Required Experience and Qualifications**:
- Graduate with 3 to 6 years in HR with minimum 3 years in a FMCG/Retail sector.
- Qualification in HR/Sales preferable.
- Good in communication and in using MS office.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
