**Job Title: Telecaller / Support Executive (Female)**

**Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in Telecalling or Sales**

**Gender Preference: Female**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the products/services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant products/services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain call quality and script adherence.
- Report regularly to the sales manager or team lead on progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in [English & Hindi Language].
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer knowledge.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
