Service Advisor

Greet customers when they arrive at the Service Centre and make them comfortable
- Ascertains vehicle problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules etc.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
- Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
- Prepare manual job cards by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval and signatures of customer ; entering Job Card into service in DMS
- Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation
- Ensure the availability of spare parts required
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Adherence to the timeliness for the service/repair schedule and process
- Prepare tax invoice and gate pass
- Ensure customers approval for any additional work required/ additional cost involved (Verbal or Written) related to service/repair
- After completion work, inform to customer regarding payment
- Follow up with hold job card reason & closing the same
- Ensure Instant Feedback Form is taken from all customers to improve customer experience
- Coordinate between the workshop, Workshop Supervisor, Floor In-Charge, Spares, Warranty/AMC Dept., and Service Manager
- Informing customer about further observations to help in less breakdown or better service
- Ensure all job cards are accurately and timely updated in DMS as per specified guidelines
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
