**About the role**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Video Editor** with expertise in motion graphics and animation. The role requires designing and animating engaging video content across ads, explainers, social media, and other digital platforms. A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual effects integration will be essential to delivering content that captivates audiences and supports marketing goals. You’ll work closely with creative, content, and performance teams to bring ideas to life through dynamic visuals that boost engagement and conversion.

**Specifically, this role will involve**:

- Designing and animating graphics for ads, explainers, social media posts, and promotional videos.
- Creating motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects (VFX) that enhance storytelling and viewer experience.
- Integrating compositing, tracking, keying, and other effects into live footage to produce seamless visuals.
- Editing video content with a strong sense of pacing, transitions, sound syncing, and narrative flow.
- Collaborating with design and content teams to ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.
- Exploring 3D modeling/animation tools and integrating them into motion graphics where applicable.
- Delivering projects from concept to final output while adapting to various styles and formats.
- Working on creative briefs, offering fresh ideas, and experimenting with new techniques to enhance campaign performance.
- 2-3 years of experience in video editing, **motion graphics**, and **VFX**.
- Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator; familiar with Cinema 4D, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, and tracking tools.
- Skilled in compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, and integrating effects.
- Strong storytelling, pacing, and transition skills.
- Knowledge of branding, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with social media ads and explainers.
- Basic sound design and audio syncing skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduates and certifications in motion graphics, video editing, VFX, or 3D animation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
