**Job Summary**: The Backlink and SEO Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings and drive more traffic to our website. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, link-building strategies, and analytics tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify key SEO opportunities.
- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for better search engine rankings.
- Ensure website structure and internal linking are SEO-friendly.
- **Backlink Building**:

- Develop and execute a robust backlink-building strategy to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Identify and secure high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Conduct outreach to potential link partners, including bloggers, industry influencers, and other relevant websites.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content that aligns with our marketing goals.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of high-quality content.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Perform regular technical audits of the website to identify and fix SEO issues.
- Monitor site performance and implement improvements to enhance site speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall user experience.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
- Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- **Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO strategies and opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of link-building strategies and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Pay**:

- ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
